401k offered through Fidelity. Huron matches dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of compensation. Huron matching contributions vest 25% immediately, 50% after one year of service and 100% after two years of service. Choose among the core investment fund offerings, or open a self-directed brokerage account which provides access to many additional investment funds.

Employees may use a portion of their base salary and/or annual incentive bonus to purchase Huron stock. Huron provides a 25% matching restricted stock grant to those who elect to participate.

Employee who travel extensively can earn up to $3,750 per plan year. Eligibility begins when travel exceeds 25 nights per quarter or 70 nights throughout the plan year.
