•Conduct skills gap analyses
•Map out long-term training plan for ERP implementation
•Prepare educational material (e.g. design)
•Select educational methods, like on-the-job coaching, conferences, workshops and e-learning courses
•Assess the impact of training on employee performance
•Liaise with client and client training resources
•Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session
•Update curriculum database and training records

•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, HR Management, Business Management and Organizational Behavior, Information Systems or related areas.
•Proven work experience as a Training Consultant, Training Coordinator or similar role
•Hands-on experience organizing corporate training events
•Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS)
•Knowledge of traditional and modern ERP training methods and techniques
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
•Solid organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple training's at the same time
•Experience and knowledge of Kirkpatrick Partners 4-Levels of Evaluation is a plus
•Ability to identify and evaluate training success metrics beyond surveys
•Understanding of e-learning and content development software such as Captivate and Camtasia
