Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience working in Enterprise Risk Management (specifically, Y-9s, Call Reports, DFAST, CCAR, CECL, and other reports) including technology consulting to financial services institutions.

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) a plus, but not required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong client management skills.

  • Excellent written and communication skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of financial and functional processes.

  • Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff).

  • Bachelor’s degree a minimum.

  • Willingness to travel up to 80%
