Manage day-to-day work on project teams. Lead team efforts w/Partner & day-to-day client contact to ensure project work stays on track and drives impact. Manage client relationships & interact closely w/client teams. Lead problem structuring, analysis & synthesis. Lead development of hypotheses to help clients solve innovation related business challenges. Develop & execute detailed work plan for the project. Oversee qualitative & quantitative research efforts of the team. Develop end-to-end documents w/logical storyline & flow. Prepare & own development of all client deliverables. Lead client meetings incl. presentation of key insights. Support business development efforts. Manage individual professional development of junior employees. Must have an MBA, 2 yrs strategic management consulting exp & leading teams & client engagements. Alternatively may have a Bachelor’s Degree, 5 yrs strategic management consulting exp & 2 yrs exp leading teams & client engagements. Willingness to travel up to 50% to various unanticipated worksites in the US. Exp may be gained concurrently.
