The Product Marketing & Marketing Automation Specialist will serve a critical role on the Product Marketing team that is focused on driving customer engagement, lead-generation and meeting conversion goals. The ideal candidate will possess intricate knowledge of marketing automation programs, particularly Pardot and a base understanding of SalesForce. Responsibilities include leading the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing and scoring program strategy, as well as managing Pardot programs and execution process including design, quality assurance, deployment and management of automated campaigns.
Define marketing strategy and supporting tactics that will result in designated Studer solutions to meet or exceed financial goals.
Assess the demand for Studer solutions and optimize positioning, messaging and campaigns to capture and convert opportunities.
Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plans, working with all departments to communicate and execute.
Analyze market trends and competition to implement changes to marketing and partner development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Collaborate with sales enablement and communications divisions to oversee creation and delivery of marketing/sales materials to support every stage of the Partner Development cycle.
Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presentations for senior leaders.
Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns/activities.
Ensure 100% accuracy on all marketing efforts through the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and Salesforce.
Collaborate with partner development, marketing/Web & IT process owners across multiple integrated technologies to provide the most valuable information to the right people at the right time.
Create, manage and update all standard email and layout templates used in the marketing automation program (Pardot) according to brand standards and email best practices.
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Communications or Marketing
3-5 years of product management/marketing experience in healthcare
Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate, complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Ability to work with diverse teams on a variety of projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
